  • THE DANCE TEAM CONVENTION. A ONE-OF-A-KIND EVENT BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE LEADERS OF THE DANCE TEAM INDUSTRY.

    At this event, you’ll gain insider knowledge about college dance teams while building the skills and confidence needed to stand out during your recruitment journey. You’ll do all of this while learning from and networking with top-tier teachers and choreographers who are not only leaders in the industry but also deeply invested in your growth as a dancer.

    Created by industry leader Carsen Rowe—whose expertise spans both the dance team and commercial dance spaces—this convention is designed to challenge and inspire all dancers. Expect transformative masterclasses in each style, personalized technique training, and the tools you need to excel in the college dance team recruitment journey —or any other dance avenue you choose to pursue.

  • THE TOUR is open to individuals, studios, or teams.

    We ask that all participants of THE TOUR are 12 years old and up.

  • THE TOUR is designed to push all dancers! Material taught will be advanced level, but be patient with yourself! As long as you come with a positive attitude and you're ready to be pushed, you will LOVE THE TOUR!

    Group Discount: $250/dancer when you register 10+ dancers.

  • ABSOLUTELY! This event is designed for individuals to receive a high-quality training experience! 

  • Yes! We are happy to offer you a group discount of $50 off per dancer when you register 10+ dancers together! You also get 2 free observer passes!

  • When registering as a group, please have the following information prepared:

    • Total Number of Dancers in the Group

    • Contact Information for the Group's Point Person

    • A Group Name

    • Payment via credit card

    PLEASE NOTE: Individual waivers will be made available to the group's point person (we must have a valid email for this contact). Waivers must be completed by individual dancers (using the group name) before the start of the event.

  • Discounts cannot be applied after the sale has gone through. We recommend checking with your coach/group leader to know how to register! Thank you for your understanding!

  • Group registration is available to those registering 2+ dancers together. Registering together will make your checkout process smoother as a group!

    Please note that refundable ticket upgrades are only available to individual purchasers!

  • A limited quantity of tickets is available for each city to ensure dancers have the ideal learning environment. We highly recommend snagging your pass quickly!

  • At this time, we do not sell one-day passes. We strongly recommend for dancers to attend both days to get the full experience at THE TOUR! The daily schedules are different and designed to ensure the dancer receives a well-rounded training experience.

  • The final schedule will be sent to registered participants at least 2 weeks before the event date!

  • We recommend being comfortable and wearing dance-friendly/active clothing. Bring different options for the different styles you'll be learning!

  • The music from the game routines will be shared post-event.

    Please note: Music should be utilized for non-competitive performance at the discretion of the coach, studio owner, or dancers.

  • You can take notes and learn all the group work to take back to your team OR you can simply learn 1 part and dance it out!

  • The number of routines taught will depend on the number of registrants. It is our priority that each dancer has a high-quality experience and enough space to learn their routines. The minimum number of routines being taught at each city will be 2, and the maximum being 4 routines.

  • YES - TOUR participants will have the opportunity to take home our TRIBE 99 apparel designed for the 2025 season. 

  • Yes, observers can purchase a pass to watch and support their dancer at the event!*

    PRE-PAY OBSERVER PASS: $25 (Includes Both Days)

    Remaining passes that are available after registration closes will be sold at the door for $35.

    *Pass is valid for both days

  • Your observer bracelet will need to be picked up during "check-in" hours on DAY 1! The final schedule will be sent to all registered parties at least 2 weeks in advance!

  • TRIBE 99 is proud to offer 3 different scholarships for dancers who attend THE TOUR 2025:

    1. THE TOUR VIP Scholarship

    2. Class Scholarship

    3. Improv Scholarship

    Dancers are only eligible for one Scholarship per season of THE TOUR.

    Dancers must participate in all sessions/days to be eligible to receive this scholarship. Scholarships are non-transferable. All scholarships must be redeemed before the expiration date located on the scholarship voucher.

  • Scholarship recipients will be awarded on the last day of THE TOUR.

  • The TOUR master class teachers will be awarding Class Scholarships to dancers that show stand-out talent in their respective masterclass styles (jazz, contemporary, hip hop and pom). All dancers are eligible for the Class Scholarships.

    Class Scholarship winners will receive:

    • 15% OFF registration to THE TOUR that can be used at any stop for Summer 2026.

  • THE TOUR VIP Scholarship rewards dancers who showcase incredible versatility in all styles, a strong work ethic, and elite skill level. This scholarship is only available to the graduating classes of 2027 and 2028.

    THE TOUR VIP Scholarship winners will receive:

    • One (1) TOUR Scholarship to be used at any TOUR in the Summer of 2026.

    • Priority registration (Guaranteed Pass) to THE DANCE COMBINE

    • 15% OFF registration to THE DANCE COMBINE

  • New for 2025, all dancers can participate in the Improv Battle at THE TOUR. Round 1 will be on Day 1, and the finals will take place during the final showcase on Day 2.

    One dancer will be awarded the title of “Improv Standout” and receive:

    • One (1) full Scholarship to THE TOUR that can be used at any stop for Summer 2026.

  • The number of scholarship recipients may vary depending on size of the event and the skill level presented.

  • Refunds will be honored for individual participants who have purchased a refundable ticket if redeemed before the following dates by city:

    • Pittsburgh-April 30, 2025

    • Chicago-April 30, 2025

    • Denver-April 30, 2025

    • Salt Lake City-April 30, 2025

    • Omaha-May 31, 2025

    • Houston-May 31, 2025

    • Detroit-May 31, 2025

    • Orange County-May 31, 2025

    • Baton Rouge-May 31, 2025

    • Long Island-May 31, 2025

    Group Registrations are non-refundable.

    All event passes are non-transferable.

  • The $50 value of the refundable ticket pre-purchase option reflects the administrative efforts required to fill the spot once a dancer cancels. This includes the time it takes to communicate with a waitlisted dancer to fill the canceled spot, collect new dancer information, as well as removing and adding dancers within our staff communication.

  • All group passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • TRIBE 99’s terms and conditions are similar to most live event functions (concerts, dance conventions, etc.), as all expenses are incurred well in advance. Without these policies, it would be difficult for our small business to project the number of staff members, facility space, and plan for the overall event experience. 

    We always strive to serve our clients with the best experience possible, and in order to remain fair with all of the dancers, coaches, and parents we serve, we must keep a consistent refund policy for all event participants.
